[XB] XFRM: Resource Banner 2.0.1 Patch Level 1

Adds the image in the sidebar on the resource view page
Features:

• Uploading image as resource banner in the resource view page sidebar
• Uploading banner from URL
• Configurable max & min image width and max image file size
