[OzzModz] Move Thread Action Buttons - Add buttons to the bottom

This small addon will move/add the thread action buttons to the bottom of the thread, below the editor. This makes less scrolling if yo want to take actions to the thread. Default behavior you would have to scroll to the top to access the thread actions.
