VBResults - Filter Thread Fields - Make resources filterable by custom resource fields.

This makes resources filterable by custom resource fields. Also includes optional widget to have a persistent view of filtering options.

Installation Instructions

1. Install the add-on zip file (this is an add-on package without extra files)
2. Under Admin > Setup > Options > Filter Resource Fields, set Categories and Display Resource Fields
3. Save and the installation is complete
