Miscellaneous bug fixes

• Removed “Ungrouped properties” group
• Fixed “Hide bar when scrolling down?” style property
• When grid view is enabled, subforums also adopt the grid UI
• Fixed icon for Trending Content widget
• Navigation scroll arrows now have improved contrast
• Styles now work when Style Variations are disabled
